Jeff Jackson is the founder and Managing Director of Solution Matrix Pacific Ltd.

Jeff has extensive experience as a CEO and Director of a number of agri-business organisations in New Zealand.  

Jeff has deep practical experience in developing business case, presenting business cases to Boards of Directors for decision as a CEO and receiving business cases as a Director. As a former CEO he has deep experience in the "execution" phases of the business case life-cycle, having successfully managed a number of innovative and significant projects through the development, decision, project management and operational phases of the business case life-cycle to realise and deliver business value. 

He regularly consults and speaks on business case development, strategic planning, forecasting and budgeting, financial modelling, risk and sensitivity analysis and cash flow analysis.

Dr Marty Schmidt is the founder and President of Solution Matrix Ltd. 

Dr Schmidt is the author of Business Case Essentials and the Business Case Guide. He has over twenty year’s business experience, managing software development, international marketing and sales support, and management consulting on business planning.

He is a recognised authority on business case development he holds a PhD from Purdue University and MBA from Babson  College.
